Ride Intensity Levels
We offer rides on three intensity levels which are indicated by icons below. Additionally, we give an estimated average speed. Note that the average speed strongly depends on the route profile and circumstances.
Whether you're coming off a tough week, easing back into riding, or just looking to cruise, this one's for you. We keep the pace mellow, chat flows as easily as the pedals, and the vibe stays relaxed—even on the hills. No pressure, just a smooth reset with good company. Despite the more relaxed nature of these rides you should still be familiar with riding in a group.
This level is more demanding. Therefore, you will need to use your legs and lungs to keep up. On the flats we ride as a group and on the hills you try your best. You should be familiar with riding in a group.
The fire that brews the coffee and burns the legs. For advanced riders with group riding skills who are not afraid to put their nose in the wind every now and again. Before joining here, you should have attended a Brisk ride.
We indicate the vibe of a ride using one of these intensity levels, and for the smaller variations on that theme, we provide an approximate average speed range. This is still not perfect, but we try our best! If you're unsure about the level, you can always ask one of the leaders for a personalized assessment.
